1- Initial Consultation 

2- Customized exercise program and nutrition plan designed specifically for the clients needs and goals 

3-Access to your 90-DAY CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN. This plan will be updated every 30 days to include new workouts and updates on nutrition 

4- Four (Coaching Calls) per month which is One 15 min call in session to communicate with me regarding self-efficacy, habits, lifestyle changes and any questions/concerns the client may have for me to help them with 

5- 6 x (30 min virtual sessions per month) Jake will run you through A virtual workout twice A month and it will be pre-scheduled on the PT app. Dates and specificity of scheduling can be discussed during the initial consultation

From there , I will review your questionnaire and then contact you with A time to do your initial call -in with me and discuss your goals.
